Summary/Objective:Tracer Products outside National Sales Account Manager for the USA and Canada will support existing business and continue to work on new opportunities.
The Team member can reside anywhere in the USA, as a flexible work location on or off site is available. Quarterly HQ visits required.
The position requires unlimited travel to Industry Shows and Events including Field Work/Training with customers and the Tracer Products Independent sales representative network.
Work in synergy with the Tracer Products Team.
Automotive Industry knowledge is required 5-10 years.
Responsibilities:SELL
  • Main objective is to seek out new business in all channels to increase Tracer Product’s market share in the leak detection category.
SUPPORT
  • Maintain business and relationships with customers in the United States and Canada.
  • Development of product and pricing proposals for existing accounts and new opportunities.
  • Prepare and conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
REPRESENT
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events, Live and Virtual.
Competencies / Skills:
  • Excellent presentation and one-on-one selling skills.
  • Tech savvy including Virtual meetings.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Possess the ability to work independently.
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Education & Experience
  • Associates Degree
  • Minimum of five years selling experience.  Prior experience in Automotive distribution sales, Industrial distribution sales or similar.
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience

TravelRequires unlimited business travel, 26 weeks a year or more, including weekends as required.
Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Flexible work location on or off site available.

Full Time, Monday through Friday with potential for weekends as well due to shows, events, or other travel.
Mandatory hours 8:30am – 5:00pm M-F
